Medical services — the type of relationship on providing medical care settled by the agreement (the contract for rendering medical service).
Are stated in the contract: subject of the contract (volume and quality of the provided medical care); order of granting and payment of medical care; rights and obligations of the parties (patient and medical institution); responsibility of the parties for violation of the assumed liabilities; an order of settlement of disputes between the parties of the contract. Thus, the real propisannost of medical service gives to each party of the contract of a guarantee both observance of own rights, and responsibility for violations of the assumed liabilities.
